Our full event planning package includes: complementary initial consultation, ongoing consultation, budget allocations, menu selections/tastings, timelines/itineraries, seating charts, assisting with vendors and tracking payments, decor projects, rental coordination, vendor recommendations, day-of-coordination, and every planning detail. If you have additional requests for your event, it would be our pleasure to assist in every way possible.

Partial Event Planning

Our partial-planning package may include a variety of services from our full-planning option. Fees are determined based on individual needs. Please contact us for more information.

Vendor Recommendations

Do you require a cake, photographer, catering or entertainment? We can connect you with some of our favourite vendors. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to ensure availability.

Event Decor

Whether your vision is whimsical, rustic, or chic, or you just need assistance choosing the perfect flowers to complement your wedding, Ruffles and Lace Event Planning can help. We will work closely with your vendors to ensure the decor at your event is everything you imagined. We have ideas to spare, and love a creative challenge.

Day-of Coordination

Choosing a Day-of Coordinator to watch over the details of the day allows you to enjoy all the special moments with your family and friends without stressing. This is also a wonderful way for your bridal party and family to enjoy the day as well!
